Cancellation & refund Policy

  1. Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction
  2. A refund (less Rs.1000/- for national delegates and US$ 100 for international delegates will be deducted to cover administrative expenses) will be granted to registered participants who are unable to attend, provided written notice is received at the Secretariat on or before 15th December, 2016. We regret that any request received after this date will not be considered. It may please be noted that refunds will be issued only at the end of the conference.
  3. Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment
